Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you do not enter a contract when upgrading your subscription and it can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.
When will I get my leads?
Upgrading your account enables you to accept more leads when they are posted. The leads are posted on a Friday.
How are you different from Checkatrade, My Builder & Bark?
Exclusive Builders is the first of its kind, the biggest difference above all is the quality of our leads. ALL other companies run advertisements online to find people looking for building work, they then sell that information to builders for £30 – £50 per job. The job is not vetted and there is no certainty the customer is serious and the chances are they won’t have drawings in place.
Our platform has partnered with Architect firms who have customers ready to start building, all drawings in place and are ready to start work. If you speak to one of our customers, you have peace of mind they are not wasting your time. No other company can offer this service!
How can I see more leads?
In standard free package, you can cover 2 areas. This gives you great coverage for jobs in your area, but if you are looking to take on more work or expand your reach, you can add additional areas to your platform. Have a look on your dashboard for “Add Area”. You can pick and choose using our map.
Why is the platform free?
The main and only goal for Exclusive Builders is to connect our clients with reliable builders. Unlike other platforms that charge you a fee if you land the project or not, we don’t do that. Our platform gives you access to serious customers looking for builders, and we are so confident in this, we don’t charge you for their details. Of course, nothing in the world is free and we have bills to pay ourselves, if you land the project we do require a small referral fee, but who cares? You landed the project ! There isn’t a single platform that offers this service.
What package is good for me?
We Recommend having the “Early leads” package at the very least, this gives you the edge over your competition to get the leads early.
Between the bronze, silver, gold and Platinum, it all depends on how much you want to scale your business. If you are a sole trader, I would suggest the Bronze, If you are a limited company with staff on your payroll, I would suggest the Gold package, this enables you to accept 20 leads per month, giving you a steady stream of work.
Why am I not landing any jobs?
There can be a few reasons why a client hasn’t gone with you, all of our leads are ready to start building, so you may need to look at changing a few things from your side. Of course the price is a huge factor when it comes to clients, and no matter how much they want to use you, they may just not have the budget. But there can still ways to improve your sales game.
