Payment Scheme Agreement

By signing up to our website and agreeing to the Exclusive Builders payment scheme you agree to the following:

• Inform Exclusive builders once a contract is confirmed with the client(s), its total value, and estimated timescale of construction.
• Pay the below fees as per the payment schedule as a referral for each project landed through Exclusive Builders.

Payment Schedule:

Project’s value £0 – £100,000.00
Payment of £500 +Vat

Project’s value £100,000.00 – £150,000.00.
Payment of £1,000 + Vat

Project’s value £150,000.00 – £175,000.00.
Payment of £1,250 + Vat

Project’s value £175,000.00 – £200,000.00.
Payment of £1,500.00 + Vat

Project’s value £200,000.00 – £225,000.00.
Payment of £1,750.00 + Vat

Project’s value £225,000.00 – £250,000.00.
Payment of £2,000.00 + Vat

Project’s value £250,000.00 – £275,000.00.
Payment of £2,500.00 + Vat

Project’s value £275,000.00 – £300,000.00.
Payment of £3,000.00 + Vat

Project’s value £300,000.00 – £400,000.00.
